Every missed caller is a case for another firm.
People with a legal problem call the first firm that picks up. The assistant answers, notes the essentials and books an intake meeting.

Sound familiar?
Lawyers in court or in meetings
The front office is busy, the lawyers can’t be reached. The new client keeps calling around.
Intakes that eat time
Working out whether a case suits your firm costs a lawyer time they can’t bill.
After office hours
A dismissal, a summons: people call when it happens to them, not when you’re open.
What the assistant does
Takes on new matters
It asks about the area of law and the heart of the matter, and puts it neatly into your system.
Books intakes
With the lawyer who handles that area of law, in the calendar you already use.
Puts existing clients through
It recognises ongoing matters and puts the caller through, or leaves a message for the right lawyer.
Confidential
It gives no legal advice and only asks what’s needed for the intake.

Ms Jones has time for a first meeting tomorrow at 10:00. Does that work for you?

GDPR & data
What happens to calls.
Only what’s needed
The assistant only asks for what it needs to get the job done, such as a name, a phone number and the appointment. That goes into your own system.
Recordings and transcripts
Whether calls are recorded and how long transcripts are kept, we agree together. As short as your business needs.
Data processing agreement
We always sign a data processing agreement with you: who processes which data, where and for how long.
Who else is involved
Telephony runs through Twilio, speech through ElevenLabs, and the language model is Claude by Anthropic. The full list is in the data processing agreement.
Questions from your industry
Does it give legal advice?
No. It takes down the gist of the question and books a meeting. The advice comes from your lawyers.
What about confidentiality?
We sign a data processing agreement, and together we set out what is stored, where and for how long.
Can it run a conflict check?
It notes the names of the other party, so your firm can run the check before the intake meeting takes place.
